A Brief Introduction:
I am Cheryl Sward, an emerging printmaker from Monterey. I am excited to be joining the Print Day in May team, to help launch the 2015 season. I’ve been studying printmaking over the past two years at Monterey Peninsula College, and with some local master printmakers, including Robynn Smith and Evelyn Klein.
We recently had a flurry of Open Studio events in our area, and in response, I posted my own virtual Open Studio tour on Facebook. Here are a few photos of my work and my studio from that event.
I’m hopeful that others who will be joining us in May might also post about themselves here, before the event. We’d love to see who you are and catch up on what you’ve been doing if you participated over the past few years.
